30-Day Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing a Shaft of Plenty™ flask. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30 Day limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.

1. What’s Covered

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship, including:

• Leaks or cracks not caused by misuse

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty welds, seams, or finishes under normal use conditions

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from drops, impact, or mishandling

• Misuse or neglect (e.g., storing unsuitable liquids like acid or carbonated drinks)

• General wear and tear, including cosmetic scuffs or scratches

• Damage caused by cleaning in a dishwasher (unless explicitly marked as dishwasher safe)

• Modification or alteration of the product

• Patination or tarnishing of brass fittings through ageing and use.

3. Warranty Period

• This warranty is valid for 30 Days from the original date of purchase.

• Claims made after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

4. How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim:

1.Email us at info@shaftofplenty.com

2.Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the fault or damage

3.Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 working days.

5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• A free replacement of the same or equivalent item

• A full refund of your purchase price

• In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection

If the product is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage.

6. Exclusions and Legal Rights

• This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.shaftofplenty.com or authorised resellers.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty.
