Returns and Refund Policy

At Shaft of Plenty Limited, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of The Shaft of Plenty™ hip flask. If you are not completely happy, our Returns and Refund Policy outlines your options in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

• You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@shaftofplenty.com with the following:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• Clear photos (if applicable – e.g., for damaged or faulty items)

We will provide return instructions, including the return address and any applicable reference codes.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• If eligible, a full refund (excluding any original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

• You’ll be notified once the refund has been processed.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if:

• The product is faulty

• It arrives damaged

• It does not match the description provided

In such cases:

• Contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 30 days of receipt).

• We will cover the cost of return postage where a fault is confirmed.

5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (unless faulty)

• Products that have been used or are not in original condition

• Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorised modifications

• Items purchased from unauthorised sellers

6. Warranty Claims

If your product develops a fault after the 14-day return period but within the 30 Day warranty period, please refer to our 30 Day Limited Warranty Policy. Warranty claims are assessed separately from returns and refunds.
